Serving Wilmington, NC & the Cape Fear region

Wilmington concrete floor coatings that actually last.

Diamond-ground preparation. Moisture-resistant epoxy and polyaspartic systems built for coastal North Carolina — salt air, humidity, and heavy garage use. Residential and commercial concrete, installed by people who care about the slab underneath, not just the color on top.

Floors for every kind of space

From two-car garages to warehouses and commercial kitchens — we match the system to the space, the traffic, and the way it's cleaned.

Diamond grinding preparation before epoxy install
Our process

Boring, thorough, effective.

A great floor is 80% preparation. Skip that and no coating chemistry saves you.

  1. 1. Walk & scope

We come out, evaluate the concrete, and confirm what you actually need — not what sells.

  2. 2. Diamond grind

Full mechanical prep for real bond. No acid etching, no shortcuts.

  3. 3. Repair & prime

Cracks, spalls, and joints handled with compatible materials before any color goes down.

  4. 4. Install & seal

Base coat, decorative broadcast if selected, then a durable topcoat matched to your use.

Why Wilmington Epoxy

Why homeowners & businesses choose us

A lot of epoxy floors fail early — usually because the concrete was never prepared correctly, or the coating chemistry didn't match the use. We fix that upstream.

FAQ

Common questions

Have another one? Call us or send it through the estimate form.

Do you install epoxy in homes and businesses?

Yes. We install residential and commercial coating systems — garages, basements, workshops, patios, warehouses, retail, kitchens, and more.

How long does an installation take?

Most residential garages take one to three days. Larger commercial projects depend on square footage, preparation, and system chemistry. We share the schedule after evaluating the space.

Do you offer estimates?

Yes. Call or submit the estimate form. We follow up to schedule an on-site evaluation.

What preparation method do you use?

Diamond grinding. It creates a consistent mechanical profile for the coating to bond to, which is why grinding is the industry standard for real coating systems.

Do you handle cracks and repairs?

Yes. Crack, spall, and joint repair are part of a proper installation — not an add-on.

Can epoxy be installed outdoors?

Standard epoxy is not UV stable. UV-stable polyaspartic or polyurea topcoats are used for covered outdoor and sun-exposed applications.
